Price Increase Notice!
Dear valued clients, please note we have kept our prices fixed for as long as we could, but due to inflation & the increase in the cost of our supplies we will be updating our prices as of January 1st, 2024. We ask for your understanding & appreciate your continuous support.
New Clients
We are accepting new clients on a case by case basis. We do require a 50% deposit for new clients at the time of booking per dog/cat. We are not accepting dogs over 30lbs for haircuts. If your dog has not been here in 6 months or more, a deposit will be needed at the time of booking. Thank you for understanding.
Thank you for your interest in our grooming services! We look forward to working with you and your fur baby. Our grooming services take 2-3 hours on average. In some cases we may need more time to accommodate your pet whether they are extra large breed, specialty care services or multiple pet house hold. We will always call you when your dog/cat is ready, please don't show up without notice as this can be very dangerous. We thank you for understanding.
When making an appointment:
We expect our clients to show up on time for their appointment. Your dog is allowed to stay for a maximum for 4 hours during the week. On Saturdays, we ask that you pick up your dog within 30 min of being notified that he/she is done. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please give us a call at 224-535-9594. We do require 24 hour notice for any cancelation. There is a $25 fee in the event of a same day cancelation or no show.
Late pick up:
If your pet is not picked up by closing, there is a late pick up fee. We charge $2 a minute until your pet is picked up. If the staff is unable to stay with your pet, we will have to board your pet at the salon for the night. We hate doing this, so please plan your appointment accordingly so someone is always available to pick up your pet.
We are a force free pet salon, this means we will not force your pet do anything he/she doesn't want to do. Your dogs comfort is our first priority. We do not offer de-matting, no exceptions. Please understand that we only want what is best for your dog. We take pride in what we do and the animals always come first.
